Peter Rabbit Playschool
At Peter Rabbit Playschool, we believe that childhood should be filled with wonder, exploration, and joy. For us, play is far more than fun—it’s the foundation of meaningful learning and growth. Our mornings are thoughtfully structured to spark curiosity and guide learning, while afternoons are devoted to open-ended play—giving children the freedom to imagine, explore, and grow at their own pace. We follow a balanced approach that blends teacher-led and child-led activities, supported by a well-equipped playground where children can thrive both indoors and outdoors.
Our programme is structured yet relaxed, guided yet flexible, ensuring that every child has the opportunity to discover, create, and learn in meaningful ways. We believe the most powerful and lasting learning always happens through play.

While our learners transition to Grade R in the year they turn six, our vision extends far beyond simply preparing them for “big school.” We aim to prepare them for life—ensuring they leave us as happy, confident, curious, and resilient children, excited and ready for the journey ahead.
School times:
We’re open Monday to Friday from 06:30 to 17:30, offering both half-day and full-day enrolment options.

Our academic programme follows the four-term school calendar, and we’re delighted to offer holiday care at no additional cost. We only close over the December holidays and on public holidays, ensuring uninterrupted service and support for both parents and children throughout the year.
Safety and Security:
At Peter Rabbit Playschool, your child’s safety and wellbeing are our highest priority.
We are proudly supported by ECMR Medical Private Emergency Ambulance Services, ensuring that in the event of any situation — big or small — professional medical assistance is available quickly and efficiently.
All of our staff, including our chef, are trained in First Aid. This allows us to respond calmly and confidently, creating a safe and well-prepared environment at all times.
For added peace of mind, CCTV cameras are installed throughout the school, including classrooms, passages, entryways, and playground areas. These are monitored by management only, ensuring both safety and respect for privacy.
Access to the school is controlled to ensure a secure environment at all times.
